Nooksack, WA – July 28, 2014 – Whatcom Farmers Co-op (WFC) recently re-launched the Nooksack Convenience Store as Nooksack Express. The three-day opening took place on July 25, 26 and 27 and included free samples, prize drawings, giveaways, coffee and freshly baked cookies along with special purchase offers on meals and espresso. The WFC Nooksack Express Store is located at 102 Nooksack Avenue, Everson, WA 98247. The WFC Nooksack Express is located in the same parking lot as the WFC Nooksack Retail Store.
The three-day event attracted several hundred people that participated in the “Spin to Win” and “Register to Win” events.
“I invite everyone to stop in to our newly remodeled store,” said Don Eucker, WFC CEO. “The Nooksack Express includes an expanded line of products, a new Beverage Express center and several items great for a quick ‘Grab and Go’ lunch or dinner.”
The WFC Nooksack Express Store carries convenience items, milk, soft drinks, wine, beer, coffee and household and auto necessities and includes a deli with pizza, fried chicken, tamales, soup and numerous breakfast and snack items. The Nooksack Express Store also features a gas and fuel station with new state-of-the-art pumps complete with news, weather and sports available on-screen.
The WFC retail division serves the communities of Lynden, Bellingham, Fairhaven, Ferndale, Blaine and Nooksack with home, farm and ranch supplies, hardware, fuel stations and convenience stores. WFC also provides agronomy and energy services throughout Whatcom County.
